THE RESTORED PROJECT HUB

Supporting Black educators in fostering healing-centered classrooms, self-care, and community connection

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Why This Space Exists?

This space was created to support Black educators in Metro Nashville Public Schools and beyond. Rooted in healing, reflection, and culturally responsive teaching, this hub provides tools, strategies, and a growing community to help you create a thriving learning environment

  1. Practical strategies for healing-centered engagement

  2. Tools for self-care and restorative leadership

  3. Resources from The F.I.N.D. Design & Ever Forward Club

WELCOME TO THE EMPOWERED EDUCATORS:
Healing & Reflection Hub!

We are honored to support you on this journey of healing-centered education, restorative leadership, and self-care. This resource hub was created as an extension of our collaborative workshop, "Nurturing Community: Empowering Educators for Healing and Reflection," held in partnership with Metro Nashville Public Schools.

As educators, you are the foundation of change, shaping the lives of students every day. This space is designed to provide ongoing tools, strategies, and community support to help you cultivate safe, affirming learning environments while prioritizing your own well-being.

We invite you to explore the resources, connect with fellow educators, and continue this journey of transformation together.

With gratitude,
🌀 The F.I.N.D. Design Team & 🎭 The Ever Forward Club Team
